ABOUT


Nicolas Colque started in 1997 growing rice and tomatoes. After earning some income, he bought small plots of land to start a coffee business. Its 7 hectare plantation located at over 1400 meters above sea level is 100% organic certified and under the shade of native trees such as laurels or cedars. The microlot sourced here is a blend of catuai and caturra honey processed and dried on African beds in the sun. 
Nicolas Colque owns a small plantation of 7 hectares in the Kollasuyo region. It is an area of ​​mountains, very green with a lot of shade from forests of native trees like laurels and cedars. The production is 100% organic.
