Fabio, father of three, is known for his crop, cultivated with great care and care to bring the best aromas and flavors to the coffee. All this work has already generated good results and achieving scores always above 84 points. This particular batch was fermented for 7 days, and then dried in a suspended yard for 30 to 45 days, with harvest starting in June 2022.
"As a farmer I really like to be looking for new experiences on how to deal with crops. With this lot, every day my wife and me would gather around the harvested coffee and mix it, about 5-6 times a day."
