The Sage Oracle Touch offers everything the Sage Oracle has to offer, with the added bonus of an easy-to-use touch screen. Make your favourite coffee in three easy steps: just pick your grind, brew and milk and you’re ready to go. All you have to do is swipe, select and enjoy. The machine has various pre-programmed options, but you can also create and save up to eight personalized coffees. Thanks to this, you can brew your coffee exactly the way you like it, every single day.

Dose amount

The integrated grinder automatically grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee.

Precise water temperature

The Sage Oracle Touch is equipped with digital temperature control technology, also known as PID. Thanks to this, the temperature is kept at its optimum range.

Optimal water pressure

Another feature of this machine is the Over Pressure Valve (OPV), which limits the maximum water pressure throughout the extraction. This way, it prevents bitter flavours in the coffee shot. The low-pressure pre-infusion gradually increases the pressure to gently expand the grinds for an even extraction.

Sufficient steam pressure

Last but not least, the Sage Oracle Touch features a steam wand with a dedicated steam boiler, that automatically textures the milk to your taste and preferred temperature. You get barista-quality silky micro foam that enhances the flavour of the coffee. The steam wand even cleans itself!
