During a fun and informative barista workshop at WAY in Ghent, you will learn how to get started with making espresso yourself. We teach you everything about the precise mechanics and also how to make your own recipes. By the end of the introductory workshop, you should be able to make a delicious espresso or cappuccino yourself. 

Our BARISTA PART 1 Introduction to Espresso brewing/milk Texture Workshop is a fun way to take your first steps. During a 3-hour session, we will teach you how to use scales and timers, how to set up a grinder correctly and how to pour out a shot perfectly. We also focus on the use of milk textures to make the most beautiful cups. The session takes place in the WAY shop at Volderstraat 58 in Ghent. There you can also buy all your coffee products. So you can buy coffee and coffee capsules. You don't have to come to Ghent to buy anything, because you can also visit our online coffee shop.
