Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries within Belgium
We aim to package and ship all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver via B Post and can ship to PO box addresses.
If you choose standard shipping at checkout, you can expect your items to arrive within 2-3 business days.
All stated timelines are estimates—postal delays are beyond our control once the goods are handed over for shipping.
International Orders
We aim to package and ship all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver via DHL, PostNL, and DPD. We have endeavored to make the website as accurate as possible in calculating shipping costs, but if there is a significant discrepancy between estimated and actual shipping costs, we will contact you to arrange additional payment.
Please allow 5 business days (depending on the location) for delivery to your destination. Note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to determine any associated costs.
Delivery timelines are subject to customs, shipping, and local postal services.
Customer Service
WAY strives to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We aim to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock and that prices are accurate and correct.
We strive to package and ship all orders within one business day of purchase. If an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an acceptable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
Ongoing Subscriptions
If you have signed up for an ongoing subscription, your first payment will be processed on the day of subscription purchase. After your first delivery, we will charge you each time we package and ship your subscription delivery.
Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account or by sending an email. Please note that we require 3 business days’ notice to cancel your subscription if informed via email. You can read more about this and other subscription-related matters on our FAQ page.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the WAY website, so we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on the site for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or a voucher for the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please provide your name, date of purchase, order number, the items, the quantity being returned, and the reason for the return. Goods to be returned can be shipped to: WAY Dok Noord 4E 001 9000 Gent.
